With me, you will find genuine empathy and an authentic relationship. I work from a humanistic perspective in my practice and I aim to be nonjudgmental and open-minded. I want you to be comfortable to be your true self when you come and sit with me, without feeling like you have to filter what you say or how you feel. I am trained in a variety if therapeutic modalities and I often find an individualized, integrative approach works best to meet your treatment goals. I use CBT, Solution Focused, EMDR, Sand Tray, Mindfulness, ACT, the Gottman Method and CBT-i for sleep. I am a certified clinical anxiety treatment professional. I have worked in the field of mental health since the beginning of my career as a psychologist in 2003. I enjoy working with children, youth and families and helping women move towards empowerment, leadership, and work/life balance. I have a special interest in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma and fertility challenges. I enjoy helping couples to improve their relationships, learn to work through their issues together, and to move forward.
